What to expect in Grey’s Anatomy Season 18 Episode 18?
Grey’s Anatomy Season 18 Episode 18 is currently a mystery, as there is little to no information available about the upcoming episode. Because there are no social media rumours about the plot, we don’t know what to expect.
It’s a good thing because viewers should be able to speculate about the plotlines before the episode premieres, without knowing the actual story itself, so they can build and speculate about the plotlines without knowing the actual story. This only adds to the intrigue of the show.
If you’re curious about the next episode’s plot, the official synopsis says, “A dinner party is thrown at the sister house in honour of Nick.” If that’s the case, we might get a hint. A brutal hate crime victim arrives at Grey Sloan Memorial in the meantime.”

Grey’s Anatomy Season 18 Episode 17: A Quick Recap
On May 12, 2022, I’ll Cover You, the previous episode, was released. The episode was written by Emily Culver and Kiley Donovan and directed by Debbie Allen. A former patient of Link’s, Simon, is in the emergency room with his pregnant wife; Bailey receives an offer from Nick.
Nick begins working as a locum at Grey Sloan under the watchful eye of a resentful Bailey, who continues to berate Nick, Meredith, and the other attendings about the dire state of the programme. When Webber accidentally consumes a marijuana beverage from Catherine’s refrigerator, he loses his sobriety and Meredith is forced to reschedule her day so that she can keep an eye on him.
Jo and Link get into an argument about spending time together and clash over a former patient of Link’s who is battling a recurrence of his cancer. While Owen has no problem with Leo’s gender identity, Teddy, in family therapy, is frustrated by the lack of concrete steps to take next. Nick and Bailey butt heads as Meredith’s duties are taken over by Nick.
Bailey notices Nick instructing Schmidt well during surgery. Because Winston has been having issues with his brother and Maggie knows this, she yanks him out of surgery when she discovers that their patient has been lying to their wife about her symptoms. Maggie learns from Winston later that his brother lied to her about the heart monitors.
Even after Jo and Link have informed the patient’s wife that he may not make it through this round of chemotherapy, she insists on her husband meeting the baby, which enrages them even more. They disagree, and Jo admits that she loves Link, but Link continues to deny this. When Meredith confronts Bailey about the show, she admits that she has no idea what to do about it. Eventually, Richard learns of Katherine’s recurrence and worsening of her cancer.
