Enola Holmes Officially Gets a Sequel
It wasn’t long before Netflix confirmed that there would be a sequel for Millie Bobby Brown’s Enola Holmes character.
“There’s a lot more to this story. Still, there’s more to the story. There is no end in sight for her because she hasn’t yet reached adulthood. I think she’ll always be a work in progress, but there’s still a lot more to be shown on screen about her than I’ve seen so far “The source told Deadline.

Enola Holmes Ending Explained And How This Could Set up A Sequel
Ending the first film, we saw a much more confident and purposeful Enola after her mother’s brief reunion. Having saved Tewkesbury, Enola is still searching for her mother. An anonymous newspaper finally replies with the instruction to meet at the Royal Academy that evening in coded form.
Enola, ever the astute daughter, deduced that the coded message was not sent by her mother. Enola decided to disguise herself as a newspaper seller and go to the meeting place to confirm her suspicions, which turned out to be correct because she suspected it was set up by her brothers Sherlock and Mycroft.
Enola’s pinecone toy, Dash, tells Sherlock and Mycroft that their youngest sibling was present, so they return home. Sherlock, on the other hand, decided to stop looking for Enola and let her go.
On her way back to her room, Enola discovered her mother, Eudora, standing there expecting her.
Enola’s safety was Eudora’s top priority, so she explained why she had to leave and why she had to leave again.
Just like the rest of her family, Enola gave a final monologue before the movie ended about finding her path.

Enola is expected to return in a sequel if it ever happens. Nonetheless, Sherlock and Mycroft must be prepared to cross paths with Enola. As time went on and they matured as individuals, their outspoken younger sister would become even more intelligent and brave than ever before, and she might even outdo them in some cases.
There’s a lot to learn about Eudora’s personality as well, aside from what we know about Enola.

When Will Enola Holmes 2 Release?
Netflix has confirmed that the sequel will be released this year, 2022. There is currently no release date.

Who Among The Cast Members Will Return For Enola Holmes 2?
According to THR, Henry Cavill and Millie Bobby Brown will reprise their roles as Sherlock Holmes and Enola Gayle, respectively, in the sequel. For the upcoming instalment, the following cast members are likely to return.
Sam Claflin and Helena Bonham Carter are expected to reprise their roles as Mycroft and Eudora Holmes, respectively, in the next season of Sherlock.

Sherlock Holmes’ last appearance was on a train, where she saved the life of Viscount Tewkesbury from an assassin who had tracked her down. They then travelled to London, where they parted ways. In our minds, at least.
It’s been confirmed that Louis Partridge’s Tewkesbury will return in the sequel, but there’s no word yet on whether or not he and Enola will have any sort of romantic entanglements.
So it’s likely that Enola Holmes 2 will follow some of the events of The Case of the Left-Handed Lady, which is the second book in the Enola Holmes Mysteries series. With her older brothers Sherlock and Mycroft trying to send her to boarding school, Enola investigates the disappearance of a young girl in this book.
For her first official case, Enola Holmes takes on her first official case to find a missing girl as the sparks of a dangerous conspiracy ignite a mystery that requires the help of friends—and even Sherlock himself—to unravel.
